hi, i’m stella
I am classically trained in pilates, a former contemporary dancer, and lifelong athlete. You’ll see all of that in how I train. I love pilates but I also go off road from pilates into several other modalities- strength training, cardio, etc! I like to help clients create healthy and doable habits. I’m somewhat laid back in my approach to training people- like a chill coach- but I am also very big on consistency and accountability and I try to make our time both fun & effective. It's important to me that this is beneficial to your body, your brain and your heart.
